For all orders, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.90 for standard postage or alternatively, $15.00 for express postage. Our standard method of delivery is through Australia Post. We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across Australia, utilising their extensive network to provide timely service to even the most remote locations.

* Aus Post standard postage ($9.90) typically arrives within 2 – 6 business days

* Aus Post express postage ($15.00) typically arrives within 1 – 3 business days

* Receive free standard shipping (still arrives typically within 2 – 6 business days) for any order over $70

* We may require 1 or more days to make and/or prepare your order. You will be notified via email once we have shipped your order

* Unfortunately, we only accept orders within Australia. We cannot accommodate international shipping unless by a mutually agreed arrangement (please send an email to info@outdoorfunshop.com.au, additional costs will apply) 

* Once your order reaches the delivery town/city, it is the customer’s responsibility to respond to communication from Australia Post. If the customer does not follow up with the delivery company after being contacted (for example, to arrange delivery drop off or provide necessary information), the order will be considered complete. The Outdoor Fun Shop cannot accept return-to-sender packages and is not liable for uncollected orders

Our Exchange Policy

At The Outdoor Fun Shop, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If your order isn’t the perfect fit or you’re not as excited about it as you hoped, you can easily exchange it for store credit.

You have 21 days from the date of your order to return for an exchange or store credit, if the item is not quite right for you. Simply contact us via email info@outdoorfunshop.com.au and we’ll provide you with the return address. Once we have received the returned item in new condition with all packaging still intact, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item/s, which you can use to place a new order. Please note, all shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by The Outdoor Fun Shop.

All postage costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

Sale items, cosmetics, body paint, glitter and some accessories (e.g. ear plugs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds or cancellations except in cases where the goods fail due to fault of manufacturing. As many of our products are flow props for active play, we cannot be asked to be responsible for customer misuse, abuse or accidents. Other items cannot be returned under Consumer Laws for hygiene and public policy reasons (E.g. Ear Plugs or Buzzing Lip Balms, etc).
